Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 academic year in Ellicott City, MD. This on-site position serves multiple elementary and middle schools, with a potential full-time schedule (37.5 hours/week) across locations.

The role runs from August 10, 2026 to June 9, 2027, with collaboration in an inclusive educational setting and requirements including Maryland licensure and CCC-SLP preferred. CFYs may be considered.

Qualifications

  • Valid Maryland SLP license required.
  • CCC-SLP preferred, exceptional CFYs will be considered.
  • Experience in school-based speech-language pathology preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to students, based on IEP goals and best practice intervention models.
  • Conduct evaluations, document progress, and collaborate in developing IEPs.
  • Consult and coordinate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
  • Provide services across assigned school locations, which may be combined for a full-time schedule.
  • Engage in school-based meetings and professional development as needed.

Job description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a speech-language pathologist for the 2026-2027 academic year in the vibrant Ellicott City, MD area. This position allows you to make an impact across several elementary and middle school locations, with the ability to combine assignments for a full-time schedule (37.5 hours per week). The role begins August 10th, 2026, and concludes June 9th, 2027.

You’ll provide essential therapy and assessment services in a collaborative, inclusive educational setting. The position entails onsite work only and is open to experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates licensed in Maryland.

Key Qualifications:
  • Valid Maryland SLP license required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but exceptional CFYs will be considered
  • Experience in school-based speech-language pathology preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to provide services onsite at assigned schools
