Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from a CAPCSD-accredited program.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC‑SLP) from ASHA.
• Valid, unrestricted state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Proof of immunization status and background check clearance per school district requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations using assessment tools.
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and 504 plans.
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services across various domains.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and treatment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with staff to embed language-learning strategies across the school day.
• Participate in IEP/ARD meetings and contribute clinical expertise.
• Ensure adherence to state and federal special education regulations.
