Job summary

HJ Staffing is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for assignments within the Houston Independent School District. The SLP will provide comprehensive speech-language services across campuses, manage caseloads, and collaborate with the school team to support student communication needs.

Candidates must hold a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology (or Communication Disorders) and a valid Texas SLP license.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Texas license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) per TDLR/SBESLPA.
• Ability to pass background check and onboarding per HISD requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive speech-language services on HISD campuses.
• Manage student caseload and conduct evaluations.
• Develop and implement IEPs with measurable goals.
• Collaborate with campus teams and related service providers.
• Complete SHARS documentation as needed.
