Job summary

TheraPeds Partners invites a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based team in Melvindale, MI for the 2026–2027 year. This on-site, full-time role offers a manageable caseload and guaranteed hours with 37.5-hour weeks.

You will deliver direct therapy, conduct evaluations, and contribute to IEPs and progress reporting while collaborating with district staff and TheraPeds professionals to support student communication needs.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master’s or doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active or eligible Michigan SLP licensure is required.
• Appropriate Michigan P-12 credential for school-based practice is needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students individually and in groups.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments of speech and language.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals.
• Document progress and adjust intervention strategies based on data.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families.
