Job summary

TheraPeds Partners seeks a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based role in Saline, Michigan, for the 2026-2027 school year. The position is on-site, with 36-38 hours per week and a pay range of $55-$65 per hour, based on experience.

The weekly compensation is based on 37.5 hours, with guaranteed hours and a manageable caseload. The SLP will provide direct therapy, evaluations, IEP goal development, progress monitoring, and collaboration with teachers, families, and staff

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active or eligible Michigan SLP licensure.
• Michigan Department of Education school-based certification/credential required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
• CF-SLP candidates considered with supervision available.
• Experience with children; school-based experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in documentation, case-management, and time-management.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students individually and in small groups.
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized IEP goals.
• Evaluate student progress and adjust intervention strategies based on data.
• Provide consultation and support to teachers, special education staff, and families.
• Support students with articulation, phonology, receptive and expressive language, fluency, voice, social/pragmatic communication, and other needs.
• Monitor student performance and collect data to measure progress.
• Complete timely documentation and progress reports; participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings.
