Job summary

Soliant in Woodland, CA is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, school-based role focuses on helping students improve communication skills essential for academic success and social development.

The position entails providing therapy per IEP goals, conducting evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with teachers and families, and participating in IEP meetings while maintaining required documentation

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active California SLP license or ability to obtain before start date.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Support students with a variety of communication disorders, including articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatics
