Job summary

Amego Inc. in Franklin, MA is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our school team. You will participate in development, implementation, and coordination of the speech language therapy program, including screening, evaluation, intervention, and transition planning for students with communication disorders.

Qualifications

• Completed ASHA-recognized SLP program and CCC.
• ASHA CCC certification held.
• Two years’ experience as a Speech Therapist; autism experience preferred.
• Current Massachusetts license to practice SLP.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates student communication profile and formulates speech-language recommendations via assessments and interviews.
• Develops functional and measurable communication goals based on strengths and deficits.
• Delivers evidence-based intervention aligned to IEP objectives.
• Participates in IEP planning and annual meetings with the educational and clinical team.
• Provides direct and/or consultative SLP services as outlined in student service delivery grids.
• Maintains progress data and quarterly reports, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
