Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology or related field with CCC-SLP eligibility, and MD/DC licensure or eligibility. Come collaborate with educators dedicated to evidence-based practices and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Science Disorders
• CCC-SLP certification or eligibility
• Maryland and/or Washington DC license or eligibility
• Passion for working with children and fostering their growth
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to data-driven, evidence-based practices

Responsibilities

• Empower children to overcome communication challenges by providing diagnostic and therapeutic services in a school setting
• Provide speech-language services in regular classrooms and in one-on-one or small group sessions
• Complete speech assessments for students with functional barriers in educational settings
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with educators and professionals
• Create all documentation and communicate with school staff and families in support of students
• Make a lasting impact on student’s educational success
