Job summary

The Children's Guild in the Greater Baltimore Area is seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to join our team in both part-time and full-time roles.

You will deliver diagnostic and therapeutic speech and language services in school settings, develop and implement IEPs, collaborate with educators, and communicate with families. Opportunities for licensing supervision and professional growth are available in Maryland and Washington, D.C.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Science Disorders.
• CCC-SLP or eligibility.
• Maryland and/or Washington DC license or eligibility.
• Passion for working with children and fostering their growth.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to data-driven, evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Empower children to overcome communication challenges by providing diagnostic and therapeutic services in a school setting.
• Provide innovative speech and language services in both regular classrooms and in specialized one-on-one or small group sessions.
• Complete speech assessments with children who demonstrate a functional inability to perform in an educational environment.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate with a dynamic team of educators and professionals.
• Create all documentation necessary and communicate with school staff and families in support of students.
• Make a lasting impact on students' educational success.
