The Children’s Guild, Inc. in the Greater Baltimore Area is seeking a Speech and Language Pathologist Assistant for both part-time and full-time roles. You will provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to support students’ communication goals within school settings.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology with CCC-SLP eligibility and state licensure. Join a mission-driven team offering professional growth and licensure supervision in Maryland or DC.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• CCC-SLP certification or eligibility required.
• Maryland and/or Washington, DC licensure or eligibility preferred.
• Commitment to working with children in educational settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic speech-language services in a school setting.
• Deliver services in regular classrooms and in one-on-one or small group sessions.
• Administer speech assessments for children with educational needs.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate with educators and other professionals.
• Prepare and communicate documentation to school staff and families.
• Contribute to student educational success.
