Job summary

Jabbergym in El Dorado Hills, CA is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide school-based services in K-12 settings. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to help students improve communication and access education.

Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams; mentorship for new grads with loan assistance, bonuses, and a 12-CEU annual program plus reimbursements and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Clearances: DOJ/FBI Livescan background check; must be eligible to work in the US.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities; knowledge of evidence-based practices and special education programs preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Assessments & Evaluations: Conduct compliant, formalized and dynamic assessments; develop IEPs and participate in multi-disciplinary teams.
• Treatment Planning: Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members.
• Consultation & Instruction: Collaborate with families to maximize generalization of target skills; may oversee SLPA supervision hours.
• Data Collection & Documentation: Maintain therapy notes and assessment data; monitor progress.
• Time Off Management for Full-Time School Employees: Schedule time off during school breaks with supervisor approval.
