Keystone Academy in Belleville, MI is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) to provide specially designed instruction and support students with communication needs. Qualifications

• Must hold a master's degree in speech language pathology - CCC from ASHA.
• Experience working with at-risk student populations.
• Experience in a school-based or pediatric environment.
• Familiarity with IEP development, special education compliance, and collaborative service delivery models.

Responsabilités

• Collaborating with the administrator over special education to develop and coordinate daily service schedules, evaluation timelines, and annual IEP meetings.
• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings, including eligibility determinations, annual reviews, and progress monitoring discussions.
• Conducting speech and language evaluations and contributing to assessment planning as part of the special education process.
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized speech-language goals aligned with each student's IEP.
• Providing specially designed instruction to meet the unique communication needs of students through a variety of service models.
• Documenting service delivery, progress notes, and compliance-related paperwork in accordance with state, federal, and organizational guidelines.
• Consulting with teachers and families to support carryover of communication strategies across classroom and home environments.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
• Other duties as assigned.
