AB Staffing Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time, school-based position in Michigan for the 2026-2027 school year.

The role features a K-12 caseload, Monday–Friday schedule (35-40 hours), face-to-face services, and contract aligned with the academic calendar. Requires CCC and Michigan licensure; Master's in Speech-Language Pathology.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is required.
• Valid Michigan SLP license is required.
• Experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat a range of communication disorders.
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver engaging and effective therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and student records.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and parents.
• Support students' communication needs in a flexible and engaging manner.
• Collaborate with school staff and families to promote student success.
• Model mature behavior and uphold positive values.
