Job summary

The Washington Speech-Language-Hearing Association seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist for a 0.7 FTE leave replacement in Snoqualmie Valley School District. The anticipated end is 6/11/27 (last day of school).

The SLP will conduct diagnostic assessments, develop therapy plans, collaborate with families and staff, participate in IEPs, and provide therapy and consultation to support student communication within an educational setting.

Qualifications

• Valid Washington State SLP ESA certificate.
• Demonstrated effective oral and written communication in English.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States (I-9).
• Successful background/ fingerprint clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic speech/language assessments and develop therapy plans.
• Collaborate with families, staff and administrators to respond to student needs.
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy as needed.
• Participate in IEPs, eligibility conferences and case management.
• Provide therapy, follow-up and consultation based on IEPs.
