Job summary

Snoqualmie Valley Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to plan, implement, and evaluate Speech Therapy services for adults and children. You will lead a care team, develop individualized plans, and document progress using SOAP notes.

The role includes collaboration with physicians and families, participation in care conferences, and ongoing professional contribution to Rehabilitation Services.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Speech Pathology is required.
• CFY training and ASHA eligibility preferred.
• Experience with adult and pediatric speech, language, cognition, and dysphagia is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate Speech Therapy services with the care team.
• Direct other team members, patients, and families in therapy procedures.
• Develop and monitor care plans using SOAP notes.
• Communicate patient progress in case conferences.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
