Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current Indiana Professional Educators License, appropriate to assignment.
• Experience in school-based SLP preferred.
• Knowledge of IEP processes and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatments.
• Develop treatment plans for speech-language disorders.
• Write reports and maintain documentation (Medicaid, billing, caseload).
• Participate in IEP meetings and progress meetings.
• Evaluate hearing or speech test results to diagnose and plan treatment.
• Coordinate paperwork and scheduling; write lesson plans.
• Develop school-based activities to address speech needs.
• Educate clients and families on communication strategies.
