Formación

• Master of Social Work or Master of Mental Health Counseling required.
• MA DESE School Social Worker/School Adjustment Counselor License required.
• Licensed Social Work or Mental Health licensure (LCSW/LICSW/LMHC) at hire or within deadline.
• Minimum of 3 years of urban school-based clinical experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and participate in Student Success Team (SST) activities.
• Provide individual and group counseling and crisis intervention.
• Manage caseload, coordinate referrals to external agencies and programs.
• Collaborate with students, families, and school staff to implement MTSS.
• Collect and monitor data to assess interventions and outcomes.
