Young World Physical Education is looking for a qualified School-Based Social Worker in Boston, MA. This long-term substitute position involves providing behavioral health supports and collaborating with school staff to promote student success.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s Degree in Social Work and relevant licenses, with a commitment to equity and cultural responsiveness. Experience in urban settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an urban setting.
• Ability to meet BPS Standards of Effective Practice.
• Current authorization to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual and group counseling to students.
• Support behavioral health initiatives and trauma-informed practices.
• Collaborate with the Student Success Team and other stakeholders.
