Job summary

Pace Consulting LLC seeks a School-Based Social Worker to provide on-site mental health services across Baltimore City Public Schools. The role includes individual and group therapy, developmentally appropriate assessments, and collaboration with families and school teams to support student growth within the IEP/IFSP process.

The position requires active Maryland LMSW or LCSW-C licensure, experience in school settings, and compliance with IDEA and district policies.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland LMSW or LCSW-C license required.
• Experience in school-based settings preferred.
• Knowledge of IEP/IFSP processes and education laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy services to students.
• Perform developmentally appropriate assessments per IEP/IFSP plans.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, service coordinators, and IEP team members.
• Write clear IEP/IFSP goals aligned with educational needs and family concerns.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in a timely manner.
• Deliver services during school hours and comply with policies.
