Soliant is hiring a School Social Worker near Baltimore, MD for the 2026-2027 school year. Roles are available as full-time or part-time, with on-site work and collaboration with staff to support students academically and personally.

The assignment runs up to 7 hours daily from the start date through June 16, 2027, with caseloads tailored to each school. A long-term substitute option for mid-October to mid-April is also noted.

Job description

Make a meaningful difference in students’ lives as a School Social Worker in a supportive educational environment near Baltimore, MD. This is a contract opportunity for the 2026-2027 school year, with positions available both full-time and part-time. Work onsite, collaborate with dedicated staff, and provide essential services to help students succeed academically and personally.

Your assignment, scheduled for up to 7 hours a day, runs from your start date through June 16, 2027. Caseloads will be designed to align with the unique needs of each school or program. The district is actively seeking part-time school social workers as well as one full-time, long-term substitute to cover approximately mid-October to mid-April.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Valid state certification or licensure for school social work
• Previous experience working in a K-12 school setting strongly preferred
• Strong ability to connect with diverse student populations
