You will work under the supervision of a licensed SLP to provide therapy and support student communication in a school setting. The ideal candidate holds an active SLPA license or certificate, a Bachelor's degree in an accredited SLPA program, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Active SLPA license or certification (state requirements apply).
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited SLPA program.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred; new grads welcome.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Passion for helping students reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
• Document student progress and maintain therapy records.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success.
• Assist with screenings, therapy materials, and classroom carryover strategies.
• Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
