Job summary

Career Links is seeking an experienced School-Based Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time, in-person role for the upcoming school year. The SLPA will support students with speech and language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP in a collaborative educational setting.

The role involves implementing IEP goals, coordinating therapy schedules, and maintaining accurate documentation across grades K-12. Strong tech skills and experience with AAC devices are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in speech-language pathology or related field.
• At least 1 year SLPA experience in school/pediatric setting.
• Strong tech skills and ability to deliver services via digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervising SLP with evaluation and support for students with speech challenges.
• Develop and implement IEP-related speech-language services.
• Maintain therapy schedules and accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student progress.
• Support AAC devices and use technology to deliver services.
