ProCare Therapy in California is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time contract position in an educational setting. You will support students under the supervision of a speech-language pathologist, helping deliver targeted therapy services and prepare materials for IEP-driven sessions.

This role offers immediate placement, with assignments provided on placement and a commitment to ongoing professional development within a school-based network.

Formación

• Valid California SLPA license required.
• Experience with pediatric populations preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while following supervising SLP guidance.
• Commitment to confidentiality and professional ethics.
• Reliable and adaptable to changing caseloads.

Responsabilidades

• Assist speech-language pathologists in delivering targeted therapy services to students.
• Prepare materials and organize therapy sessions based on IEPs.
• Document student progress and report findings to supervising SLPs.
• Foster a supportive environment that encourages students' communication development.
• Collaborate with educational staff to integrate therapeutic goals in classroom settings.
• Follow school policies and professional standards in all interactions.
