You will support students' communication and learning needs as part of the educational team until an internal hire is made. You will collaborate with educators, students, and families, deliver therapy services under SLP supervision, track progress, and maintain records while adapting approaches to diverse caseloads and student needs.

Qualifications

• Holds valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA).
• Experience working in a school environment is highly valued.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, students, and families.

• Committed to fostering a positive and supportive environment for students.

Responsibilities

• Assist SLPs in delivering therapy services to students as part of the educational team.
• Support speech and language goals outlined in IEPs.
• Track student progress and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate regularly with supervisors and staff to support program effectiveness.
• Facilitate engaging activities that promote language development.
• Adapt techniques and strategies to meet diverse learner needs.
