Job summary

Delta-T Group in Waxahachie, TX is seeking a Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders under the supervision of the on-campus SLP. You will collaborate with teachers and families and deliver direct therapy services.

The SLPA should hold an associate degree in SLPA, a valid Texas SLPA license, and 1–2 years of school-based experience; familiarity with evidence-based techniques and progress monitoring is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting (accredited program).
• Valid Texas SLPA license.
• 1-2 years of school-based experience preferred.
• Skilled in implementing therapy plans (individual and group) under SLP supervision.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapy techniques and progress monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Deliver direct therapy services to students.
• Collaborate with teachers and families as needed.
• Use Esped for documentation.
