Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our district-wide team for the 2026-2027 school year in Bremerton, WA. This full-time contract role serves a diverse K-12 population and operates under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to help students reach communication goals and thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

The successful candidate will hold an active Washington State SLPA license, bring school-based experience, and collaborate

Qualifications

Active Washington State SLPA license required.
Previous experience in school settings preferred.
Familiarity with IEP documentation and progress reporting.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Flexibility to work across multiple school sites.
Passion for helping students succeed.

Responsibilities

Provide speech and language therapy services to K-12 students under the direction of SLPs.
Support IEP implementation and maintain accurate student records.
Assist with assessments, group, and one-on-one interventions.
Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and related service staff.
Participate in meetings and contribute to student success plans.
