Point Quest Group in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a school-based SLPA to provide direct speech therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP. You'll implement treatment plans, document progress, and help students build essential communication skills in K–12 settings.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Speech-Language Pathology (or related field), an SLPA license/state certification (or eligibility), and a commitment to student success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Current SLPA license or certification (state-specific) or eligible to obtain.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background check.
• Familiarity with IEP processes and special education services.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech therapy services to students aligned with IEP goals under supervision.
• Assist in implementing treatment plans and document progress toward established goals.
• Support in screenings, data collection, and informal assessments.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to reinforce communication strategies across environments.
• Maintain accurate and compliant therapy notes, service logs, and progress documentation.
• Prepare therapy materials and adapt activities to meet individual student needs.
• Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions as appropriate.
