Job summary

Career Links is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Apprentice (SLPA) for full-time, in-person, school-based assignments in the United States. Compensation ranges from $40.00 to $50.00 per hour, DOE, with a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available.

Under the supervision of a licensed SLP, you will help deliver therapy services, support students' communication and academic development, and collaborate with educators, parents, and multiple specialists.

Qualifications

• ASL experience required or preferred.
• Degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field.
• Active SLPA license or certification in the state of practice.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services under SLP supervision.
• Assist with implementation of IEPs and therapy goals.
• Prepare therapy materials and activities aligned with treatment plans.
• Document student progress and service logs; assist with reporting.
• Collaborate with SLPs, teachers, parents and school staff to support student success.
• Support use of AAC and other therapeutic technologies.
• Maintain equipment and organize therapy spaces.
• Participate in professional development and training.
