Job summary

Career Links is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Apprentice (SLPA) for part-time, school-based assignments (2–3 days per week) in Albuquerque, NM. You will work under licensed SLP supervision to deliver therapy services and support students' academic and social development.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Active SLPA license or certification in the state of practice.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students under supervision.
• Assist with implementation of IEPs and therapy goals.
• Prepare therapy materials and activities aligned with treatment plans.
• Document student progress and maintain service logs.
• Collaborate with SLPs, teachers, and parents to support student success.
• Support use of evidence-based strategies and AAC technologies.
• Maintain equipment and organize therapy spaces.
• Participate in professional development and training.
