Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a CAA-accredited program.
• CCC-SLP or active Clinical Fellowship with Thrive-provided supervision.
• Active Tennessee SLP license, or initiation of licensure transfer.
• Knowledge of IDEA, IEPs, and school-based SLP services.
• Strong clinical, communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations.
• Develop measurable, student-centered IEP goals.
• Provide individual and small-group therapy.
• Participate in IEP and eligibility meetings.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, voice, AAC, and social communication needs.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and progress notes.
