Job summary

Strides Therapy & Educational Services in Aurora, Colorado is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist to support students from pre-K through high school in educational settings. You will assess communication needs, plan targeted interventions, and collaborate with teachers and families to promote language development.

The role requires Colorado SLP licensure (or eligibility), CCC-SLP preferred, and a commitment to accurate documentation and IEP participation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Colorado SLP licensure or eligible licensure.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA (CF eligibility acceptable).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; experience in schools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and interventions.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and school teams.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to maximize outcomes.
• Provide guidance to families and staff on carryover strategies.
• Maintain accurate records and billing documentation.
• Participate in IEP and school-based professional development.
