Job summary

Soliant is hiring a Contract School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a district near Napa, CA. The role focuses on student communication and academic success within a collaborative special education team.

Ideal candidates include CFs and experienced school SLPs. The position offers school-day hours, full or part-time options, and opportunities for renewal or extension with supportive leadership.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active CA SLP License required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP (preferred).
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals.
• Provide direct and consultative speech therapy services.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, psychologists, OTs, PTs, and families.
• Maintain timely and compliant documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Support articulation, language, fluency, voice, AAC, and social communication needs.
