Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a School Speech-Language Pathologist for a contract role near Novato, CA. The position welcomes CCC-SLPs or CFY candidates, with responsibilities spanning evaluations, treatment planning and therapy delivery for school-age children.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Active or eligible state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLP preferred, but strong CFY candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience with pediatric or K-12 populations preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Skilled at both independent practice and team-based collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech and language needs in school-aged children.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique challenges and strengths.
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions designed to support achievement of communication goals.
• Diligently monitor and document progress, updating plans as needed.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary educational team for integrated, student-centered care.
• Involve and educate families, empowering them to participate in the therapy process.
