Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Active SLP license in California.
• CCC-SLP or CFY eligibility.
• Experience in school setting preferred or strong new graduates.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site speech-language therapy services to K-12 students in accordance with IEPs.
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans addressing speech, language, and communication needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote students' academic and social success.
• Document progress, update case files, and participate in IEP meetings as required.
• Stay current with best practices and compliance requirements within a school-based setting.
