Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based contract near Novato, CA. CCC-SLP not required if CFY candidates are considered; state licensure required or eligible; experience with pediatric/K-12 preferred. Responsibilities include evaluations, treatment planning, therapy delivery, progress documentation, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to support student communication goals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Active or eligible state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLP preferred, CFY candidates encouraged to apply.
• Pediatric or K-12 experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech and language needs in school-aged children.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s challenges and strengths.
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions to support communication goals.
• Monitor and document progress, updating plans as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary educational team for student-centered care.
• Educate and involve families in the therapy process.
