Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based contract near Nevada City, CA. You will assess and treat communication disorders in school-aged students, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with teachers and families to support learning goals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Current SLP licensure or CFY eligibility.
• School-based experience preferred; strong clinical experience considered.
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and families.
• Knowledge of IEP processes and school documentation.
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders among school-aged children.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to create supportive learning environments.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input for goal development.
• Provide consultative services and resources to school staff as needed.
