Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a maternity-leave contract in a school setting. The full-time role (37.5 hours weekly) offers on-site Missouri or VOCO options, from February through May.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active CCC-SLP certification.
• Missouri SLP licensure or eligibility.
• Experience in schools and understanding of IEP development preferred.
• SPED Track and related educational technology is a plus.
• Supervision and direct therapy delivery experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct therapy services aligned with student IEP goals.
• Supervise SLPAs and provide guidance.
• Organize and manage IEP meetings and documentation in SPED Track.
• Conduct assessments and write progress reports.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Adapt therapy methods for on-site or VOCO caseloads.
• Communicate professionally with parents, staff, and administrators.
