Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC/CFY) or SLPA for a full-time maternity-leave coverage contract in Missouri. You'll support students with communication goals from August 24 through November 16, collaborating with teachers and families.

The role emphasizes direct and indirect therapy, IEP development, progress tracking, and transition support within a school setting. Open to new grads (CFY) and experienced clinicians, with strong teamwork and organization.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure or eligibility as SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA.
• Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, families, and educational teams.
• Ability to organize and manage a full caseload.
• Open to both new graduates (SLP-CFY) and experienced clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and indirect speech/language services to a varied caseload of students.
• Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Track and document student progress with accuracy and timeliness.
• Consult with teachers, parents, and support staff for comprehensive student care.
• Assist with transition planning and support integration with classroom activities.
