Job summary

Health Wealth Safe, Inc. seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based role serving students from early childhood through 12th grade.

The role involves direct services, evaluations, and collaboration with educators and families to develop measurable IEP goals and monitor progress. Hybrid or in-person options are available, with competitive benefits and clinical support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active or in-progress Oregon SLP license.
• School-based experience with direct services and evaluations.
• Experience with IEP development and documentation.
• CCC-SLP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language assessments and evaluations.
• Develop and implement measurable IEP goals.
• Provide individual and group therapy across speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice and pragmatic areas.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and families.
• Maintain documentation, service logs and progress monitoring; support AAC implementation.
