Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists for a school-based position in Caldwell, Idaho. You will provide speech-language services to students in a K-12 setting and collaborate with teachers to support communication and learning.

This full-time role offers mentorship for Clinical Fellows, competitive pay up to $60 per hour, W-2 employment with benefits, and a flexible schedule.

Qualificações

• Valid Idaho State SLP license (or ability to obtain).
• Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• School-based experience preferred, not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
