Job summary

ISO Workforce Alliance in Chicago, IL, is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year to join a welcoming, student-focused charter school community. You will provide evaluations, therapy, and collaboration with educators and families to support students' communication skills for academic and social success.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Illinois PEL with School Support Personnel endorsement.
• Current Illinois SLP license.
• CCC-SLP preferred (CFs considered).
• School-based experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and interpret assessment results.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Provide individual and small-group therapy services.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Collaborate with teachers and families to support communication goals across settings.
• Maintain documentation and progress reports per regulations.
• Recommend classroom accommodations and evidence-based strategies.
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, voice, and pragmatic language needs.
