Career Links is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our network for a full-time, school-based assignment in Washington. You will provide therapy services and support students with diverse communication needs in collaboration with a special education team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in SLP or related field.
• Active state licensure or eligibility to practice as SLP.
• State teaching credential or ability to obtain.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Experience in school-based settings is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations in compliance with IDEA and state standards.
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student needs.
• Provide direct therapy and consultative services to students with speech and language impairments.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and service logs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers to support student goals.
• Attend IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings and participate in PD activities.
• Utilize evidence-based strategies and AAC technologies when appropriate.
• Support inclusive practices and adapt interventions for diverse student populations.
• Provide training or guidance to classroom staff to generalize communication strategies.
