Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a contract opportunity serving PreK-12 students across three campuses and an additional private school. The role offers both teletherapy (voco) and on-site options with a manageable caseload of 35-45 students.

The position emphasizes collaboration with teachers and families, development of IEPs, and ongoing progress tracking. Start date is immediate and runs through the school year, with a 35-hour workweek.

Qualifications

• Active SLP license and SLP-CCC certification.
• Experience in educational settings with PreK-12th grades is preferred.
• Comfort with teletherapy platforms (voco) if choosing the teletherapy option.
• Experience or eligibility for SLP-CFY also considered.
• Knowledge of pediatric speech and language disorders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy to a diverse student population (PreK-12).
• Maintain a caseload of 35-45 students across several schools within one campus and a private school.
• Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and track student progress.
• Collaborate with teachers and families to support student growth.
• Engage in both direct therapy and consultative services as needed.
