Job summary

Adelphi Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide on-site services to students in Rockville, Maryland and surrounding areas. The contract role supports K–12 and early intervention contexts based on IEP/IFSP needs, with a schedule up to 5 days/week, and a rate of $60–$65 per hour.

The ideal candidate will hold an active Maryland SLP license and have experience with pediatric and school-based services, including family coaching and collaboration with educational teams.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathology license.
• Experience with pediatric, school-based, and IEP-related services preferred.
• Familiarity with early intervention service delivery and family coaching preferred.

Responsibilities

• Screen and assess students with suspected speech and language disabilities.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and speech-language service plans.
• Provide direct, individual, and/or group speech-language therapy services.
• Communicate with teachers, parents, and educational teams regarding student progress.
• Attend IEP meetings and participate in special education decision-making.
• Maintain lesson plans, service logs, progress notes, and required documentation.
