Jobot is seeking a dynamic Speech Language Pathologist for a School-year opportunity in Maryland. The role supports students up to age 21 across multiple sites (e.g., Galina, Wharton-Chester, Rock Hall) with a 37.5-hour workweek and a caseload around 30 students.

The ideal candidate holds a Maryland SLP license with 2+ years of experience, proficient in therapy tech, and strong communication for IEP collaboration. Part-time options are welcome.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Maryland SLP license required.
• Experience with birth-21 caseload and diverse student needs.
• Proficient with therapy tech and data tracking tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration with teams and parents.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality speech and language services to a diverse caseload of students.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to implement IEPs.
• Utilize technology to enhance therapy sessions and track progress.
• Consult with teachers and parents to share strategies for language development.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and IEPs.
