Job summary

Adelphi Medical Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide on-site services to students in a Rockville, Maryland school setting. You will support K–12 students and collaborate with teachers and families to implement IEP goals.

The ideal candidate holds an active Maryland SLP license, has experience with pediatric and school-based services, and is comfortable with IEP planning, progress notes, and family coaching as part of a collaborative educational team.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathology license.
• Experience with pediatric, school-based, and IEP-related services preferred.
• Familiarity with early intervention service delivery and family/caregiver coaching preferred.

Responsibilities

• Screen and assess students with suspected speech and language disabilities
• Develop and implement IEP goals and speech-language service plans
• Provide direct, individual, and/or group speech-language therapy services
• Communicate with teachers, parents, and educational teams regarding student progress
• Attend IEP meetings and participate in special education decision-making
• Maintain lesson plans, service logs, progress notes, and required documentation
• Any other duties as assigned within scope
