Soliant seeks a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students near Waxahachie, TX. This full-time, onsite contract leverages CCC credentials to deliver high-quality therapy in a school setting.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, an active Texas SLP license, and CCC. You’ll collaborate with educators and families to help students meet communication goals in a structured, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Texas SLP license
• CCC required
• School setting experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work onsite through 2027-05-26

Responsibilities

• Assess students to identify speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students
• Track progress, adjust interventions, and maintain accurate records
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
