Job summary

PARS Therapy seeks a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Waxahachie team onsite. You will deliver speech therapy per physician orders and Plans of Care, using evidence-based activities to meet each patient’s communication goals.

The role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP certification, and an active Texas license. You’ll work within a collaborative care model emphasizing patient-centered outcomes and privacy compliance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CCC-SLP credential and active Texas license to practice.
• Experience with clinical documentation systems and privacy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech therapy services per physician orders and Plan of Care.
• Design engaging, evidence-based exercises aligned to patient goals.
• Provide counseling and support to patients and families throughout treatment.
• Set measurable goals and track progress, noting improvements and challenges.
• Ensure proper setup and sterilization of equipment per safety protocols.
• Review records before sessions to tailor treatment approaches.
