Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in the North Houston area on a full-time contract through the school year. The role involves collaborating with students, families, and educational teams to implement IEP-driven services, with hybrid scheduling options available.

Qualifications include Texas licensure (SLP or SLPA), CCC or CFY in progress, and pediatric school experience; bilingual skills in English/Spanish are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Active Texas SLP license or SLPA license as applicable.
• CCC credential or CFY in progress preferred.
• Experience serving school-age children and familiarity with IEPs.
• Strong pediatrics-focused clinical skills in school or healthcare settings.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills highly valued.
• Knowledge of digital therapy tools and/or teletherapy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech-language services to students according to IEPs.
• Assess, diagnose, and develop intervention plans for communication challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, families and professionals to support progress.
• Document sessions and maintain compliant records.
• Participate in IEP meetings and educational planning.
• Embrace flexibility with scheduling, including possible hybrid on-site/remote services.
