Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, short-term school-based role in Parker, Colorado for the 2026-2027 school year. You will work on-site with elementary students, delivering direct speech-language services and collaborating with district staff.

Responsibilities include evaluations, IEP goals, progress data, and coordination with teachers, families, and therapists.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Colorado SLP license and Colorado Department of Education credential requirements.
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; CF-SLP candidates considered with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students individually and in groups.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and monitor individualized IEP goals with data-driven progress.
• Collaborate with teachers and families to support student communication.
